● Automatic control for bonding process including filling with nitrogen, monitoring to content of oxygen, warming and temperature control, fitting with metallic paint, bonding, cooling in bonding container, discharging to cooling container, products discharging.
● For warming and bonding process uniform and stable, multi mixing blades are used, the angle and level of baffled can be regulated.

OPERATION:
● FITTING WITH POWDER COATING
Open the cover of bonding container, fitting in with powder coating for metallic bonding.
● SWITCH ON COOLIING WATER VALVE
Fitting with cooling water to the bonding container and mixer.
● FITTING WITH NITROGEN
Fitting with nitrogen to the bonding container and monitor the content of oxygen.
● WARMING
Start mixer while the content of oxygen in container ≤3%. Control speed of mixer and warming rate automatically. The particles of powder coating will reach the optimal bonding temperature for 7～10min mixing time.
● BONDING
Start butterfly valve of metallic paint container automatically, fitting with metallic paint into bonding container, continue mixing for metallic paint bonding to the surface of powder coating firmly.
● FAST COOLING
Start on the fast cooling valve and lowering mixing speed for cooling the metallic powder coating to the set temperature.
● COOLING IN COOLING CONTAINER
Open discharging valve of bonding container while the temperature of metallic powder coating in bonding container ≤set temperature. Discharge metallic powder coating to cooling container for fast cooling to 20～22℃, bonding process completed.
